THE PIT CREW
All of our staff are CPPS certified which means they are qualified in the application
of applied strength and conditioning methods in the development of trainees of all levels.
As CPPS certified coaches, PIT programs focus on the progressive development of strength,
special strength, and high transfer movements that govern the foundation of higher athletic
qualities such as speed, explosiveness, and quickness.
